Swindon Centric Says ; Shouldn't they be concentrating on fulfilling their initial commitments than making more?

Many of the residents here are not happy - they have not been consulted regarding the WIFI and most people do not appear to want it.
I understand there are other CCTV in the Borough - who has put these up!?
Connecting people Connecting places - I dont think so!
